Whereas, the City of Springfield and Smith-Goth Engineers, Inc. recognize the desirability and benefits of enhancing the quality of Springfield's street rights-of-way; and

Whereas, they jointly recognize the importance of keeping our City clean and attractive; and

Whereas, Smith-Goth Engineers, Inc. has demonstrated a sincere interest in the community by taking an active part in a program that wire benefit all citizens of Springfield

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Springfield recognizes Smith-Goth Engineers, Inc. as the adopters of

Jefferson Avenue - Walnut Lawn Street to Primrose Street

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this resolution be forwarded to Smith-Goth Engineers, Inc. so it will become a permanent record of appreciation of the City of Springfield for the outstanding work they are performing for the citizens of Springfield and all those who travel our streets.
