Converted a 61,400 sq. ft. grocery store building into a 1-story, Great Southern Office Building. The facility includes departmental office spaces, kitchen, break room, walk-up banking, and data processing center. The building is fully sprinkled with emergency generator to operate essential operations. New HVAC was added to supplement existing equipment due to the increased number of occupants. Air distribution through most of the space is via fabric ducts.
