Additions to manufacturing spaces in six locations on the 53-acre Ranger campus, including two new structures.  The additions are strategically planned to streamline production flow and increase capacity.  Structures include a mold storage/processing building, a loading building, motor storage facility, and production floor space additions.  Also included are a “face lift” of the manufacturing building and a new 135-car employee parking lot.  All the additions are pre-engineered metal buildings, fully sprinkled, and air conditioned.

This 135,000 square foot facility incorporated an extensive system of paint booths with matching makeup air system, and special material handling and ventilation systems.
