This two-year project consists of the renovation of all spaces in this Historic 1966 Civic Center. The existing building encompasses 66,500 Square feet of space. All mechanical and electrical systems will be upgraded throughout. The building will be equipped with a new fire sprinkler system. The existing boiler/chiller HVAC system is being outfitted with a new direct digital building management control system for energy efficiency. All new lighting will be high-efficiency fluorescent or HID fixtures.
