This new two-story 69,000 square-foot facility is attached to the Evangel Chapel building. It houses a theater with stage and fly loft, a music recital hall, band room, chorus room, and practice rooms. The second floor has laboratories for creative arts. The mechanical system is a combination 4-pipe /VAV system with a centrifugal chiller and steam-sourced hot water heating. The systems met stringent sound and energy-conservation requirements. The building has specialized and decorative lighting, and is fully sprinkled.
